While we strive for accuracy at miklo, descriptions, images and prices may occasionally have an error. If we discover an error on any goods you have purchased, we will get in contact and update you and correct it. Then provide the option of reconfirming your order (at the updated/corrected information) or cancelling it.
Please note: Colors may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to varying monitor settings.
Before you finalise the order, the delivery fee will be added onto the total order and you will be able to see how much it is. You'll be only charged for one delivery fee per order. We work hard to meet all of our delivery times but sometimes there may be delays (eg: postal/carrier delays, weather or logistics). We will keep you updated as possible and be able to track your parcels process. We are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
We get that sometimes the products are not the right fit and you want your money back. As long as the item is in its original condition and packaging (to protect the items from damage during transit), we will accept the return. While we'd love to cover everything, the return shipping cost is currently the responsibility of the customer. We, unfortunately, do not provide pre-paid labels at this time. Shipping fees in the original order are not refundable and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the parcel is delivered as you, the customer, is responsible for the item until it is received by us.
14 Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to change your mind about the product/s within 14 days of that order being delivered. Please get in contact via email or Whatsapp to inform us and to begin the process of the return and refund. Once received, we will proceed with the refund process and you will be updated - we aim to refund you within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned item/s. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items, such as pierced jewellery, cannot be refunded if the protective seal have been tampered with or broken.
